Buying or Selling, we will prepare a Comparative Market Analysis using the same approach as the appraisers. If you're selling, that means we can set the price of your home right the first time. And, if you're buying, we can make sure our negotiations result in paying a fair market value for the home of your choice. Since we are working for you, we will be negotiating for the best price and terms as your representative.
